"Good variety of under garments. Not best for larger people. Expensive. The cashier line snakes around the store. It took 20 minutes to check out. Almost got out of the line. More cashiers and staff that offers to help rather than having to track someone down would be nice."

"I used to thoroughly enjoy shopping at this location, but lately, I've noticed a decline in various aspects such as customer service, employee, and product quality. Consequently, I decided to switch to online shopping with the option for in-store pickup, aiming to save time and simplify the process. However, during my recent visit, I encountered some issues. Upon arriving, a newly hired employee seemed unsure about handling online orders and directed me to the register. Unfortunately, there was only one staff member initially, and another one arrived later. Both customers ahead of me faced problems with their purchases, leading to an unexpected wait of over 20 minutes. This experience left me questioning the purpose of ordering online for in-store pickup if I had to endure a lengthy queue. When I requested to speak with a manager, the cashier responded with, "I'm a lead, how can I assist you?" I explained that my intention was to save time through online ordering and pickup for convenience, but it seemed counterproductive given the circumstances. Regrettably, the cashier informed me that there was nothing she could do to expedite the process. While waiting in line, I noticed that two of the TVs displaying VS commercials were out of order. This added to the overall sense of confusion and decline in the store's condition."

"When I came in, a massively annoying individual named Rosemary wouldn’t stop talking and almost following me. She told me her name a million times so I wanted to make sure I left her name in this review like she so desperately wanted. The store was organized though and they had what I wanted in stock so thats actually nice:)"

"Friendly service. The sales team was very attentive. I bought a bra and after wearing realized it was uncomfortable. I took it back and exchanged it for another which is quite comfortable. This exchange took place without any hassle. Great store, great team! BIG UP GIRLS!!!"
