"Drove thru 4 a quick bite 2 eat along with a matcha Frappuccino The gal had the sweetest most welcoming n friendly as well as helpful voice. I do however dislike the traffic flow, it is a hazardous interchange for entering, exiting as well as maneuvering in the shared parking lot."

"This is usually my go-to coffee shop, but only because it's the only thing around. I really wanted to love this location. Let me start off by saying the people have been so friendly every time I have gone! They typically try friendly small-talk. So why the low rating? They are consistently slow, sometimes VERY slow. I was there for 45 minutes once in the drive-through!! Ridiculous! Then, this last time I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso (or something like that). It was a cup full of ice with basically a shot of milk/coffee (see pic). It was literally one gulp of drink!"

"Midst of the covid. There walk up window is for mobile orders only. I ask if I can possibly just verbally order at this window.... the young girl tells me "No" So I ask if I Should walk through the drive through. "Yes but it would be safer if you were in a car. I'm sorry but it would be SAFER if you let me order at the walk up window. Not to mention the heat and amount of exhaust I'm dealing with."

"Had the WORST service ever! The barista definitely need a customer service training and a reminder that she doesn't represent herself when communicating with customers, but the brand and the reputation of Starbucks! I definitely hope that she decides to stay home next time she is in a bad mood instead of "dumping" her attitude on customers! A smile and kind word go a long way! Being rude, refusing to fix a wrong order and bluntly lying to customers shouldn't! Please take a note Starbucks! P.S: Do you see anything wrong with the pictures of my Frappuccino and Venti mocha below?"
