"Awesome job on my driveline. However, employees needs to communicate with customers better. When i dropped my driveline off, I also informed them that I needed a new fixed yoke as well. At first they said it will be added to the price when the work order was done. My driveline was not ready for pick up until the 8th day. It was at that point they said the yoke I needed was discontinued from their sources and they don't have what I needed in stock. If they would have told me about that sooner, I could have bought one somewhere else (which I found one in less than 5 minutes) and not have to wait an extra week to install my new driveline. If 6 states would have informed me about the part being discontinued sooner, I would have given them the full 5 stars."
