"2 months later still haven't received title. Had to invest another 2 grand to get car running properly. Not very honest dealer."
"So now is jan 24th, 2022 about 8 mths after I bought the car. Until now the car is running good. Needed to replace the battery, oil change ..stuffs like that. Yeah there are some screws fell off by the door handling . No big deal! I have to remind myself that this is 10 yrs old car . Small problems will come up! The price is very good. Yeah some electronic buttons on dash board dont work perfectly or smoothly. But those are expected as this is a 10 yrs old car. No major problems ever happen. AC is working great. Engine works so low noise and smooth. So yes I'm very happy with the purchase. So for all I would still give business only 4 stars after 8 months drive it, because the business owner is quite impatient, even somewhat rude and, to be honest, I don't really take all his words, considering he has been in this business quite a long time and not a 17 yrs old impatient kid, those are not appealing qualities. And for all the goods and bad, I probably won't come back to buy another car from him because it wasn't a good feeling, nice experience ( not about the car ). Too many uncertainty to close the deal. I do have a feeling he's not that so honest! I know he has some disadvantages because of general bad reputation of used car dealership, any negative can make anyone suspicious. Just got this Honda Accord lxe 2011, 2 doors, sofar I really like the car. I think it's a good value. Everything is very new inside. The engine is very strong and looks clean. The owner is a little bit aggressive ( seemed to be very confident about the quality of the car and honestly I don't know yet fully until 6 months, a year or 2 years..etc), a little impatient and a pinch of difficult to ask more questions. It seemed like asking questions would offend him somehow. He definitely could be some more nicer! Beside that the car sofar ( 2 weeks now) is running very good. But I will update every 6 months and more later. I would have gave him 5 stars if he was a little nicer and more patient. Hope this would give him a better look himself."
"Purchased a one owner 2013 Nissan Altima with a decent carfax and low mileage on 3/31/2021. The owner (?) was very courteous and professional, and the transaction was super easy. Was assured the vehicle has no major issues, which was comforting because its first test was a 3.5 hour drive the next morning. It is now almost a week after purchase with no nasty surprises. UPDATE 5/5/2021: removed one star because just before sealing the deal on this purchase I noticed an issue with the steering while parked. Was told "car need nothing! Don't let them tell you it needs this and that". I replied "this is definitely something that will need to be addressed". Following a thorough inspection, it got diagnosed as the power steering pump going bad... which is a $3000 fix. I won't even mention the fact that the front brakes were found to be down to 2mm, and the CVT fluid is dark and needs to be changed. That last very crucial maintenence measure alone being overdue could end up leading to 4k$ transmission replacement. Still driving out strong though, ~2k miles since taking ownership of this vehicle."
"Owner has horrible customer service, disrespectful, and a liar. He tried convincing us that the car he was trying to sell us was in pristine condition when it was dirty has an enormous oil leakage, back light was damage. Would not trust anything that he says and would not recommend anyone to buy from him."
"Do not trust this shop, do not buy their cars. I bought a car from them, test drove it, seemed amazing. As soon as I left the shop the check engine light came on, I took it back. Owner said the light was because it had not been drove in a long time and needed gas. The light went off after code was read but as soon as I got on the freeway it came back on and hasnt gone off for the whole 4 days I've owned it. I took it to a dealership to get checked and they quoted me at over 5000$ worth of repairs. Repairs that a so called mechanic would be well aware of and did not disclose any of that information to me altho i asked. Very deceitful and shady. On top of that the owner acknowledged he knew about the issues and said "its fine to drive" even after the dealership said absolutely dont drive unless you want the engine to blow."
