"I have experienced both great things and horrible things at this McDonald's. The restroom was disgusting during one visit and there was a used condom hanging on the front door. I tried calling the owner and left a message about it but never received a return call. Service can be slow and many times my order was wrong or missing items. If you visit here you must have patience to deal with these issues."

"Ordered 5 ice creams on the app. Got handed 2 creams. I came back and asked for the rest of my order. The manager argued with me despite me showing her my receipt. She pointed to the address and said “That’s not us!” I clicked on the address to map it. It immediately said “Arrived.” She still wanted to argue. In the end, left with the right number of ice creams. Most of them were wrong. Was the most bizarre experience I’ve had in a long time. Get your lives together."

"Got my order wrong after getting it late dining in. Walked up between the counters so people could see me and what appeard to be the manager walked between people in the back gossing about her jobs and life. Would occasionally look up at me, do something and go back to talking for maybe 5 minutes. Other people mopping and doing small things in the back slowly that should be put after customer service i would think??? Finally she decided to walk over after powertripping just to throw the extra fish filet and peice of cheese to make the double i ordered into a chicken nugget box... i go to the sherwood McDonald's along the highway by chevron most mornings with no issues and everything is done quick... Also letting a homeless guys dog stink up the place and walk around without holding its leash shouldnt be allowed..."

"As always pull up, place order, dive to window, pick up order, drive to a comfortable spot and eat, but I would say it's a 50/50 chance that even though you order your food with no pickle and no onion, that when you get to your comfortable spot to eat and you open your wrapper and chomp into it, yep there in your mouth is that darn pickle and onion you asked to not be there, also half the time Ice cream machine is broken but I have loved McDonald's since I can remember, when I was young it was almost magical"

"Honestly I work really close to here so I go to this location a lot. They never put more than one pickle on the sandwiches and when you ask for a side of sauce with your order, they give you 3 nickel sized dabs of sauce and get mad if you try to ask for more. They’ll argue with you that they did give the sauce and that you have enough. I’m tired of trying to ask them for anything. Even if I order the sauce with my meal at the speaker, they still give me grief when I get to the window. They get one star for my meal at least being right"
