"I have worked in fast food for 6 years. Was when I was in high school and into my 20's. But to be told to use the app or the kieosk to order when I saw 4 employees just standing and talking. I was paying with cash. So why not take my order. This genatation is lazy."

"The biggest thing that stood out was getting our food and, after we said thank you, we did not get eye contact or a "you're welcome"; not even a head nod. It was rude. Also, the food wasn't hot enough to feel like they had just made it within the last hour so you're likely to get cold meals."
"12/23: I ordered 4 steak and egg quesadillas without tortillas in a bowl (I'm diabetic). I order this regularly. It normally takes 2 bowls because it doesn't fit in one. What I received was less than half of what I normally get. For one thing, it was in one bowl (it doesn't normally fit in one) and for another the bowl wasn't full WITH me paying for extra steak. Basically, I got less than half of what I paid for. I DO NOT recommend the Dallas, Oregon Taco Bell. 07/2023: I don't know when I will give them another shot, but the last SIX times I went to this Taco Bell they made the bean burritos wrong. That's just about the most basic thing on their menu, how do they get that wrong?!? Update: After three years I finally gave them another shot. I asked for a Steak Quesadilla without a tortilla (most taco bells just put the contents in a bowl). I specifically said it's for a diabetic. As you can see from the picture, it was in the tortilla. I am throwing it away and hoping that my blood sugar doesn't get too low tonight, because the tortilla will MASSIVELY spike my blood sugar. On the bright side, they seemed to have finally learned how to make a bean burrito correctly."
"I guess I can't really blame the employees. We stood at the counter for what seemed like 5 minutes waiting to order while they all ignored us. Eventually we were able to get someone's attention, and they pointed us to the KIOSKS behind us where we can place our order. No signs, no indications anywhere that this was how it's done there. But hey at least the food was good."
