"Kids running the place are extremely rude. Refused to add whipped cream to my blizzard after I requested it and initially telling me it costs extra. Limp soggy fries. Didn’t flip my blizzard then when I asked for my free one denied the DQ policy regarding that stipulation saying they don’t follow that rule and the owner decided they were not participating or honoring that experience. This is the worst DQ I have ever been at. The next day at the west Salem branch was treated amazing and even offered free whip."
"After waiting in line 25 minutes received a blizzard that was half melted and looked like someone had eaten 1/4 of it. Not pleased with how expensive dairy queen is now. Clear our ice cream was made before the 3 cars in front of us had their food made."
