"The desk lady was a unprofessional very rude power tripping crusty seaman rag and excuses my language but there is no reason for her to come running out side throwing a temper tantrum cause I didn't leave a call back number to call me a real jem and a low life because I didn't leave a call back number on my paperwork at the time I had no cell phone qnd when I told her that she thru her arms it the air and started using derogatory language towards me and then said " your a real jem you know that" I replied with thank you " and rolled up my window and left but I would not recommend this office to anyone who want no issues and just there teeth to get fixed she sent my mom's bill to collections for 60$ and that put my whole family on the black list for life f."

"How is the Office Manager still employed? Our family has gone to Dr. Goorhuis for decades and he is a fantastic dentist. Just like the rest of the reviews you'll read here, our family had the same experience with the office manager in which she made the mistake billing insurance and tried to blame it on my loved one and then treated them horribly. Her incompetence and rude behavior is turning away long time patients."

She vehemently refused to address the billing matter, a decision that, as it later transpired, was her own error. Regrettably, this resolution was only reached after a year of undue delay. Regrettably, despite the undoubtedly commendable skills of the dentist, I cannot fathom returning to an establishment where such a distressing encounter took place. The memory of that singular interaction has etched a lasting sentiment of aversion within me, forever altering my perception of the practice."

"I tried to call in and schedule my first wisdom tooth removal. I've never scheduled with them and wanted to establish care. Havent been to the dentist since the pandemic, So im already anxious about the experience. I have poor hearing currently and am in pain. The receptionist was incredibly rude and called me stupid. I will not be going there."
