"Haven’t even had an appointment yet. I’m in Eugene so I scheduled an appointment here because it was the only place my insurance accepted that wasn’t booked out for 4 months, just to get a call 2 days before my scheduled appointment to be told they don’t have availability that day. Isn’t the point of making an appointment to reserve my spot? I needed urgency for my appointment and now I have to wait another 2 months to be seen. It seems others have had issues with scheduling as well, definitely something to be wary of at this location."

"This is the second time they have made an appointment and when we got there after driving 30 miles to be told there was no appointment.. My husband has been waiting almost 2 months to get an absent and broken tooth fixed. I do not recommend them to anyone.."
