"some of the most rude people i’ve ever experienced, have been multiple times and am nothing but kind.. have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt considering i’ve been a starbucks barista in the past and it can get stressful! but to ignore customers, give dirty looks, and be outright mean unwarranted isn’t okay.. this has been reoccurring!"

"Some of the most rude and uncaring baristas today (8/21/23 during the 12-1pm lunch hour). They chatted to one another and ignored customers, and messed up my very simple order. I would've asked them to fix it, but I didn't have faith that it would've been received well or completed properly. So disappointing and a waste of $8~, while my usual drink is $7~. Usually my drink is delicious, today it tastes like watered down milk."

"Had a terrible experience this afternoon. Waited forever, asked for apple crisp machiatto with oat milk. They were out of oat milk and all I got was a steamed apple cider. When I went back to the counter, the barista didn’t even give me the option to remake my drink.."

"The poor girl behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. I walked up to a line of two people and she took one order, went to make it (which took forever because she didn’t know recipes and kept reading a manual) she was making an iced chai tea and she looked at the book for a solid minute, got a cup full of ice and just filled it with milk. No chai syrup. Synopses here is, whoever is managing that store or whoever is in charge there shouldn’t put one person on the floor who doesn’t have proper training. She tried her best and was very sweet, but my pink drink was 85% ice and the rest syrup and milk."
