Muchas Gracias Mexican Food

"Called to see if they had corn tamales. Told yes, they did. Went today and they do Not have them. Ordered a taco salad instead without meat. About $10. It was the smallest taco salad I have ever seen, about a four inch wide shell and about two inches deep. Mushy beans, sour cream and guacamole all mashed together like baby food. No tomatoes. No lettuce. Unbelievable. The shell was so small I had to order a bag of chips for $2.50 to go with the mush. As if the food wasn't a disappointment enough, two booths away from me was a person shouting profanities and screaming with her head entirely covered while holding a very full garbage bag. Scary. She got louder when asked to leave. They should have called the police immediately but they allowed her to stay a long time. I was scared and took my food to the car. As soon as I shut the door another woman immediately had her face at my driver's side window yelling at me to open it. The neighborhood is frightening in broad daylight. Haven't been there for years. The food quality and quantity has amazingly deteriorated. I will NEVER return."

"This was supposed verde pork. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it and it tasted horrible. I'm pretty sure they took some other meat and just dumped the verde salsa on top. Not to mention the meat is absolutely disgusting, little chunks of hard stuff, tons of fat. It was just awful and a huge waste of money."

"Let me be honest; sometimes the food here is perfect. Exactly the right portions of ingredients to create a great burrito, especially when they remember the extras I PAID FOR. Today was not that day. The wait was very long, the Oregon burrito was small, dry and had zero guac (that I paid $1.50 for). It's usually a 50/50 chance I'll actually get the guacamole on the burrito. The gentleman I spoke to regarding a credit was very sweet! Thank you!"

"As I would put it before today, I love Muchas Gracias- their food and menu items are all usually very good and the friendly staff here have been a cornerstone of Mcminnville for years; but today after getting on lunch at 3 AM I decided to go here as its a close stop from my work and I just always loved the food; I ordered a Slam Dunk Burrito (new favorite beside the Oregon) and was going to town on it but had to stop midway as I thought I bit into a forgotten bone (Has happened before but not a big issue to me as it shows the meat is fresh), but this time its a bit different; this is the first and hopefully only burrito to contain TWIG- and yes; a piece of branch was laid into the burrito for me to find because I ordered so early, thank god my teeth aren't broken, but still hurts. TL;DR : good food decent price watch for twig garnishes inside burritos. 9.8/10"

"The marinated pork tacos are a must! They stand out among the other menu items. This establishment is working very hard to improve and I’m proud to say they are under new ownership for the first time in almost 20 years. I’m so proud of you!!!"
