"The food was good, simple and hearty. Not very expensive, and served quickly to our request. Service was respectful, accommodating, and quick to see about modifying things or bringing missing items. Overall there was nothing to complain about, and everything was enjoyable enough to come back again the next time I'm in the mood for a quick brunch."

"Everything was going great until I got home and found out I had no syrup or butter which I did ask for, or jam for my toast! Some might think I should have checked my order but to that I say this! I will start checking my order when corporate sends me a W2 and a weekly paycheck! It is someone else’s job to check my order and ensure it is complete NOT your customers’ job! We don’t work for you pilgrim, you work for us! If you want my money, treat me right or I will go somewhere else! This is an upper management issue. Your clients have plenty of other options available to them. Read a book about customer retention or something! Get creative for Gods sake! If cutting portions and staff is the only options your high dollar chairs are bringing to the table, it is time to look into a more creative mind or two! Your company cannot compete by chasing your customers away!"
