"If I could do no stars I would. The owner of this coffee shop is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever seen… and the only reason I knew she was the owner is because she said she was as she was cussing and yelling at someone. Regardless of the reason, not a good look for a business owner and probably the last person I’d give money to and support. To the owner: it pays to be kind to people."
"I love this place. The coffee is delicious, and she makes it really hot. I never have to ask for it to be extra hot. I don't know what others are complaining about. If you want touchy feely service and coffee that tastes like melted ice cream, then go to Ducth Bros."

"the girl working Sunday the 23 at 3:45pm doesnt know how to make coffee or needs trained better. I ordered 1 large Carmel white mocha and 1 large chia breve. she made the coffee with so much foam that we only got about 6 oz of coffee in our 24 oz cups and they were disgusting. I've never had such a horrible experience. She also talks so quietly you can not hear her. I normally don't complain but I just spent 10 dollars on nothing."
