"Our business has been out of water for 2 days. No notice was given and when you call the lady answering the phones just says I'm just answering the phones and no help whatsoever!"

"They’ve double charged me for my water bill (total of $720/over 4 years’ worth of payment) because of a structure that is actually part of the primary structure and not being used. After writing a letter politely requesting a refund, I got a nasty and very hostile call from the “business owner” screaming and cursing at me. He insisted that the law and my “legal ass” didn’t matter because he was running a successful business."

"Trash is dumped out of garbage cans when picked up, and left on the street. Also, my mothers water was shut off for some unknown reason at 4pm in the afternoon. I know her bills are paid, because I’ve been the one paying them! I’ve been trying to call these people, and no one will answer nor will they return a call!!! I will be calling senators and state representatives in the morning. I’m also reporting them to the better business bureau!"

"The owner literally will dump any lose trash on the ground and leave it when you ask him not to you get stuff like this I clearly have cameras an have been watching him every Tuesday these pictures are prof of the type businesses man he is unprofessional I do not recommend him to anyone fyi mr Kelly new trash company is on the way already not everyone is what you pick up not everyone will deal with this behavior along with hanging up in there face after you lie to them your not hurting me yr hurting yr business"
