"We have been to several build a bears around the country. This one has by far been my favorite location. I wish I would have gotten her name, but there was a young lady who helped my daughter build her bear. She made the whole experience so magical for her. We were hoping a new stuffy would help our daughter stay in her bed for the night. This woman heard that and absolutely shaped the experience around it. Every child that came through, she took the time to make it as magical as she could for each child. I am so blown away by her work ethic and kindness. This will be the ONLY build a bear I go to now!
