"I went on a tour last week. Machines and equipment are great here. Hygiene is respected. The building is in an old bank, so they have a cool safe feature which I loved but has absolutely nothing to do with fitness! During my tour, members seemed friendly and excited to be there. I'm considering this gym but find the cost prohibitive, even with the promotion they're offering now (50% off until next week). Things got a little weird during my tour when the cost came up - I asked to take a photo of the sheet showing the rates they offered me, so I could remember all the details later, and the guy got anxious and half jokingly insisted I could not take the photo. I asked, "Are you serious?" because I wasn't sure and couldn't think of a reason why this would be protected information. Then, I asked if I could make a note on my phone with the information, and he said, "Yeah, go ahead." This interaction makes me feel suspicious that the gym may be altering their rates for different customers, i.e. as a sales tactic, which doesn't sit right with me. I'd be more inclined to sign up if they would offer a one-month rate to try the gym out or some other introductory rate before you commit to 12 months. This location (Gentilly) also does not have classes running currently, which is a bummer since I would love yoga or spinning classes. As a member, you can visit any location, but that would require traveling further from my work and home for me to go to classes. Lastly, they offer online classes with Apple Fitness, but I'm an Android user, so I'm frustrated that I wouldn't get this benefit at all, and nothing is offered for those without iPhones. Not ready to commit to this gym yet."

"This gym is shameful. I wanted to sign up to become a member of AF due to the convenience of the location (2 minutes from my house) and the size of the gym, but I could not even enter the place. I called the facility four times and rang their doorbell countless times in one day, still no one let me in. Meanwhile, members of the gym saw me waiting for any staff to arrive at the door and they did not alert anyone to help me. This place is not friendly, supportive, or professional. And I'm grateful I never stepped foot into this sketchy "gym"."

"I am traveling. Been to Anytime all over. This one is not the best but very adequate! Equipment all in good order and everything you need. No warm up / aerobic room with the purple mat like many others. No tanning or sauna. Again .. Not bad at all though. Get in there and get r done"
