"2 lowes employees in the garden center told me they would need to call for a fork truck to get the 40 bags of lava rocks. We waited 15 minutes and nothing. They never came back. Finally my husband and nephew loaded the cart, it took about 10 minutes to load. As we walked out we see the 2 young men helping another couple load, I asked them what happened, the young man said we called for someone. As we were getting to our car they never offered to help load. Poor customer service!!"
