Every single thing I purchased in the frozen section has clearly been thawed, then refrozen and uneatable once I open it. The meats/fish have been bad. The fruits have been rotten and the yogurt is always about to expire."

"The older lady in deli got mad at me because I wanted a 4 piece chicken so I requested 2 thighs and 2 legs well she said I had to add a breast in it and I told her I’d pay extra to get the 2 thighs and 2 legs she yelled at me said I had to get both then she said well you gonna have to get the 8 piece to get more thighs and legs and I’ve never dealt with this til she was in there cause all the others have given me 2 thighs and a leg. I know this ain’t nothing to be mad about and I ain’t trying to act like a Karen but she was so unprofessional cause she first started giving me just the chicken then when I told her I was gonnna get a plate she threw a hissy fit and threw the bag down and she said all they have is potato wedges and corn so I told her don’t worry about it just give me the chicken and she said well to get the 4 piece you have to get a side and that’s when she got all mad at me then wanted to huff and puff at me so then when I told her I was in a hurry she acted like she wanted to be All nice. This was my first time seeing her today. Never had a issue before. But rethink who y’all’s employees are if they gonna talk to customers that way. Just saying."

"I love this location Albertsons, every time I come the cashiers and the management are always so helpful. And they are always trying their very best to please customers. Even within the last couple of months that I’ve been coming to shop. I will definitely say today, this young lady at self checkout was so very polite and sweet. I think her name was liyah she said. I’ve even witnessed in the last months how other customers have been nasty or rude towards her, but she definitely tries her best. All the staff is nice, if you are nice, kind and patient back with them. I truly think Albertsons should give their employees raises for All that they do. Keep it up !"
