"Went into store multiple times and spoke with someone about an account issue and was given the wrong information. Upon speaking with someone at the corporate level who seemed to ignore or pretend he misunderstood my grievance, I found this customer service experience absolutely cavalier and rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am in the store at least 3 or more times a week that the cashier is polite enough to ask if I miss more than one day or if I purchase three items or less. It is beyond me when folks try to intimidate you with a this call may be recorded. I expect it would be. Shame on supposed customer service at the corporate level."
"I wanted to say Ms. Rosalyn & Francis in the bakery are amazing! I paid for a cake yesterday and didn't realize I needed to bring the receipt back to the bakery. They were sweet enough to make an exception and provide the cake I needed within 15 minutes! Thank you ladies and Albertsons for the great service!!!"
