"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! My boyfriend ordered me an arrangement tor my birthday, i was so disappointed when i got it.. they delivered it at 6:30pm ..all melted., i think the manager delivered it ans ensured me he would get his money back .. we have called multiple times, left voicemails and nothing has been done.. i waited a couple of months to write this review.. i try giving people chances first.. but nothing was done in this case!"

"I have ordered from edible several times!!!I tried to make the day special for my girlfriend several times.I have spent close to over 1200 maybe more,and every time my order has been wrong.She’s deserves the best (SANTANA RUSSELL) but they never come thru. The exact location is 6725 Siegel ln Baton Rouge. I currently placed a order today oct 24,2023 at that same location hoping maybe this time they would get it right they brought 1 item out of 4 I’m still currently waiting for the order right now."

"Made an order for a birthday present but was called and was told they were out of everything that went with the order. How are you out of cake & helium? The person on the phone refunded me but calling the day of someone's birthday when the order was made last week is not the way to go. I wish I had received some type of heads up so make other arrangements for my husband's birthday. I will not be ordering from here again."

"Edit: They delivered the order the day AFTER Valentines day, so Valentines Day was a let down. Then they forgot to deliver the flowers that I paid for and all of the strawberries are sitting in a puddle of juice. Terrible experience, save your money and order else where. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Ordered a bouquet for Valentines day two weeks in advance, it was never delivered and they will not answer the phone. I even called yesterday to make sure it would be delivered since the tracker wasn't working. Spent over $150 dollars on something that still has not been received."

"Wish I could leave zero stars... this place is awful. I placed an order on 1/20/2020 for my wife for valentines day. Set the order to be delivered on valentines day and they delivered it the same day I placed the order. Completely ruined the surprise. Not only did they deliver it almost a month early, they didn't even deliver what I ordered. Check out the pictures. My wife does not like cantaloupe or honeydew so I specifically picked an arrangement that only had strawberries grapes and pineapple. I tried calling the store to ask what happened, if I could get a refund, or at least have them deliver what I ordered on the day they were supposed to deliver it. They wont answer my calls. I filled out a complaint online, got an email that it was sent to the manager of that store and I haven't gotten a phone call or email about it. Update: I spoke with the store manager the week after leaving a complaint on their website. She apologized and ensured me that the proper arrangement would be delivered on Valentines day. Well here we are. Its Valentines Day. I received an email this morning that it was delivered. My wife called me after lunch to tell me nothing has been delivered. I filed a second complaint and am trying to get the store on the phone. But of course this stupid place doesn't answer the phone. Been on hold for 30 minutes now."
