"Edible Arrangements has let me down! I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for a gift to my daughter and the strawberries was over rite (bad). I been trying to get in touch with the management they are never there."

"This location has the one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with. I ordered and paid extra for a one hour delivery and I followed up with a phone call to the store to verify my order. I never received my delivery and when I tried to call a “fruit expert” I was put on hold until I was disconnected multiple times. I cancelled my order which has still Not been processed and I have had to follow up four times and it has been over a week. Don’t waste your time. This location and its lack of customer service is appalling. Edible arrangements has lost my business now and in the future. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering."

"I was so disappointed in my first ever order for an arrangement for Boss's Day!! It did not come until the next day after the arrangement obviously went home with the delivery driver because the store said it was delivered the day before!!! The fruit was mushy and just not fresh at all!! I had to throw it AWAY! I could not give that to my boss after I spent $78!!! They agreed to bring another one which got delivered at the end of the day and the arrangement was so hot as if being in a hot car all day!! The new arrangement was half the size of the first and smelled horrible!! That one got thrown away as well!! I was told I would be refunded, but I never was!!! Lesson learned!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! My husband ordered flowers, a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, and a box of chocolates for me for our anniversary. He happened to be in outside when the lady pulled in our driveway to deliver them. When he walked to the car to get the order he was hit with the very strong smell of weed. To make matters worse she had her baby sitting in her lap as she was driving. All she handed him was the box of strawberries so when he questioned her on where the rest of the order was he was told “I don’t know I can put in for you to be refunded for the rest, because it’s too late for me to go back to the store and come back here.” The box of strawberries I received smelled like straight up weed. They were slung in the box and had fingernail marks, as well as fingerprints all over them. I called the store and dealt with even more unprofessionalism. I was told that I will have to speak with the manager, but she doesn’t work on the weekends. At this point I want a refund for the entire order. We will never make the mistake of ordering from here again!"

"I’m all the way in Atlanta and decided to order happy birthday items sent to my aunt in Baton Rouge. This location is only 15mins away from her. Placed order at 1pm central on 4/2/22 to have it delivered the same day, and as the website says u place it before 3pm u get a same day deliver. So that’s what I expected. I get a phone call about and hour later from a young girl indicating that their driver either left or lost my item. But either way I’d receive it the next day. Unacceptable because I placed my order before 3. So I politely asked her to refund my total. She said okay and disconnected the call. Then I get 3 calls back to clack from I guess the lady that was in charge and all she did was give me excuses and say she was sorry, she only had 2 drivers, the girls that answered the phone are only 15, another order had to be delivered by a specific time and the driver couldn’t wait for my order to be done. Anyways I figured the business must be hurting so I said I know what, I’ll accept the next day delivery but can u refund the delivery fee. The lady agreed. So my aunt FaceTimes me today (4/3/22) and shows me they sent her warm and melting chocolate covered strawberries, a happy birthday card and Mother’s Day balloons. I really tried to work with these people but how incompetent can you be if you send happy Mother’s Day balloons with a happy birthday card???? At least 2 people saw that, the person who prepared the order and the person who delivered it and BOTH of them gave no fxcks. Where is the manager and why isn’t he/she/it/whatever checking orders before they leave??? Never again…."
