Dirty Dog Grooming and boarding

"I left my dog here for a 7 day cruise. Each time I reached out to check on him I was told he was "fine". The morning of my return I text to say I was 30 minutes away. I then received a phone call that my dog had gone missing. She put him in the yard at 7 that morning in freezing weather and left for about 3 hours. She assumes he jumped the fence. My husband, brother and I spent several hours trying to find my baby. She posted a picture on our neighborhood Facebook page and he was later found by one of our neighbors hunting in the woods. From the look of my dog he was in the woods much longer than just that day. I will NEVER trust her with my dog again and no one else should. She did return all but $20 of my money. I guess the guilt got to her. I am beyond angry but I am just thankful to have my dog back. For someone who claims to have been in business for 14 years this is unacceptable!"

"She did a great job on my Austrian Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix. We shave him down during the summer, because he gets so hot under all that fur, and he look ok. When he came back from Tanya’s, he smelled nice and looked really cute!"

She did such a good job I was really impressed with how they looked and she was very reasonably priced. I hope she can be my regular groomer from now on. Definitely a good experience."
