"Unorganized business. I called yesterday and asked if I could come in today for 130. The man on the phone said yes. I walked into today at 110 and they denied me. I drove 25 minutes to get here. Waste of my time. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with their lack of organization. I came in one time as a walk in. I had called beforehand and asked if they’d take me. The employee on the phone said yes. When I came to pick up my dog and check out, (I assume) the owner in the back who was smoking, was fussing at the employee to tell me not to come in late ever again. Mind you, when I dropped my dog off and came as a walk in (which again, was pre approved on the phone), it was early afternoon like 12pm-1pm. My dog is under 15 pounds. I don’t think grooming him should inflict any pain upon him but he has come home with cuts on his stomach before and near his hind legs. The employees do not have clear communication amongst one another. I will not return. I’ve been serviced by bark city a couple of times. I do not think the place is sanitary either. Each time I go in, the smell of urine and feces grows stronger and stronger."
