When they do clean and test the water they just randomly dump whatever chemicals are on hand in the pool and tell you someone will swing by to check up. The result is week after week the pool is dirty and covered in algae from mismanagement. On Monday morning my pool was clear that afternoon Pelican “serviced it” now Wednesday morning it looks like a science experiment."

"The most awful service experience ever. They lie over charge and steal no doubt about it. They do nothing when servicing. Don’t scrub walls, don’t skim leaves and debris. And they have made big mistakes. Money hungry people. They don’t send a polite bill they send a bill that says pay this ASAP it’s getting too large. Which isn’t true. Barely one month into it. And I’ve paid every month for a year on time. Stay away from these crooks!!!! Great job you just lost another customer. You’ll be out of business before you know it."
