"I switched to this older gym a year ago since mine closed due to Covid 19. I workout strictly in the weight room with the guys & I help keep the weight room in order between sets - safety issues. "This gym is a jewel it has an indoor swimming pool. Locker room with private dressing rooms and showers. It has a basket ball court an indoor running track, a weight room with boxing bags, a deadlift area and a private women's gym. I absolutely recommend! It's a great deal for a low price and they also have group fitness trainings throughout the week."
"The front desk staff I’ve encountered (Amber&Chrs) are polite,friendly and helpful. The water aerobics staff(Corine&Diane) are friendly,knowledgeable and we have FUN exercising (that’s right fun)."
