"Mr. Huffine’s crew did not connect the conduit under the hardscape so that a pool light could be repaired properly. Instead the pool light housing and the conduit were never coupled making it impossible to repair without busting up hard scape. When my contractor called Chris to repair it, he tried to distance himself from the work and claimed it had been too long (3 years) so it re ally wasn’t his problem anymore. The defect existed from day one, but nobody could see it after it was covered in concrete. Did not own his mistake and my other/second pool light will likely have the same problem."

"Chris Huffine is a salesperson who appears to not be dedicated to completing the job. Do not pay him before you verify that the job has been completed. Better yet, do not use Huffine to resurface your pool. His concrete repair subcontractor messed up my pool light electrical supply such that the conduit had to be removed from the niche. Huffine has been dragging his feet repairing my pool light and won't even acknowledge that his subcontractor caused the problem. His subcontractors also left a leak in the water return line, flooding my back yard. Huffine, himself, saw the problem, but made no plans to repair the leak. If you like glowing promises, poor or non-existent communication during the job and no satisfaction for problems that were found after you make the final payment, then Huffine is your ideal contractor. Huffine claimed for two months that he was having trouble with his email service. He claimed his assistant was sending us emails, but that they disappeared into thin air."
