They diagnosed and fixed my problem, it was a clog. I was so glad it wasn’t a major problem and Eric explained the process as he worked. "The technician Paul was at my home before the scheduled time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The office communicate well with me. But, I paid $348 to have a sewer cable run through my kitchen sink drain line and for him to run water through my sink several times to test the lines for proper drainage. Other than the cost, so far I am pleased with the service."
