"If y’all can go to the other ones in Baton Rouge please do. I dropped my car off at 12 to get new breaks. They said they would call to give us an estimate. No one called after hours of waiting. We called at 3 and they said “we working on it it’s on the rack right now”. We call again at 5. “They said they haven’t started yet can you leave it over night “. Y’all my car been sitting in the parking lot for 5 hours. I understand if a place is busy or something but to lie is crazy. If they would have said in the beginning that they couldn’t do it today I wouldn’t be mad but to lie and waste my day is unprofessional. How am I supposed to trust a lying company to fix my brakes? PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER ONES IN BATON ROUGE"

"The little manager is rude. Drinks 3 Cokes in 1 hour. Staff just chilling. I am so happy I only had a tire to repair. 2 hours waiting . Back to Georgia I go."

"I have been back and forth with this firestone I have maxed out my firestone card and my girlfriend firestone card trying to get her car fixed we have spent almost 4 thousand dollars at this place in one month and a half and the car is still not fixed the same Code came up multiple times I paid to have them fixed and the car is still doing the same thing. I am done with this firestone 4 thousand dollars and I still have bring the car to another shop to be fixed. I don't know what to do about this someone told me to get a lawyer. But this firestone will never get my business again. And I may need to find a lawyer"
