"Pep Boys in Baton Rouge has always been my go-to place! Mr Benny, the manager, is always very prompt with customers, and will always tell you what's going on with your vehicle and give you a fair price! I brought my wife's 2013 Toyota Highlander here because the transmission was slipping, and he said you do not need a new transmission, you just need transmission service. Even though the tech to do with the service was not there, he told me where to go, and did not even worry about any type of payment! Now my wife's truck is running perfectly, even though it is 7 months out. When a shop does not try to rip you off, but lead you in the right direction, that's amazing service right there! Plus, they're warranty is second to none, and I just hope I never have to use it, but if I do, I know I'm good to go. They have a customer for life for sure!"
