"The worst customer service ever. I put a dress in that cleaners on Thursday for pick up on Friday. When I returned Friday the dress was in Winnfield, La. I returned again the following Wednesday morning and my dress still was not there. I was told by the clerk it was on its way. I received no apology and the manager who was being a COWARD refused to speak to me., It can not get any worse than this."
