"I do like that they were able to come out and fix my AC quickly. I would have been happy to pay 150 to have them do it. We actually discussed them charging 150 since it was on a weekend for them to fix it and not charging anything else due to them fixing the exact same thing 3 weeks ago and it still being under warranty. They said that they would not even charge the 150 if it was a Monday through Friday, since it was still under warranty. Then when they got done fixing it, I sent the my payment details. They then responded that they were not going to charge anything this time due to not having the part to correctly fix the problem and what they did was a temporary fix. The next day a different person called me telling me that I still needed to pay the 150 dollars. I do not like the poor communication."

"I have only used this company for AC repairs. To be fair, I have some older units that I’m fully aware are in their end years. This company over the course of a handful on months, took no less than 8 trips to my house to fix a fan motor that was short cycling. I was advised to buy a new nest thermostat. I did, it didn’t fix anything. I was advised to buy and have them install a new control board. I did, it didn’t fix anything. They needed to run a common wire from the new board to my nest thermostat. Finally after 5 trips, and 900 dollars later, it was fixed. The second ac unit started the same thing, and instead of running that common wire, it took them 4 trips and replacing one thing or another before they finally ran it. Over the weekend, a capacitor for one of the units blew. They came by, took 3 minutes to look at the unit, and came in to tell me the compressor had a short and there’s no way possible to get another for my older units. “Might as well replace the outside unit, and the inside too since the outside will be newer. While you’re at it, I would replace the other inside and outside units.” Not a word on the obviously blown capacitor. I told them to leave. They charged me their 75.00 and went on. When I told the young man I wanted a second opinion, his tune changed significantly. All of a sudden, we might be able to find a replacement compressor. I send him away and make another call to a reputable guy in town. He showed up here as a favor after 7:00. 30 minutes later I’ve got a new capacitor, new wiring, and cold air. 250 bucks versus thousands because Atlas Air employs mainly inexperienced school boys who don’t know anything other than to sell a new unit. Save your money and time, go elsewhere."

"Got our Cummins Standby generator installed at our home. Have to say the two installers, Kade and Levi, were on time and professional throughout the process. From Mr. Keith at the initial visit, to Mr. Justin and Ms. Trina for the financing, to Mr. Kevin for the sales paperwork, to Ms. Frankie and Ms. Magan for scheduling and permitting, to Kade and Levi at the actual install. We can't say enough about how pleased we've been with the process. From start to finish, Atlas has proven they take the "service" in customer service seriously."
