He's VERY thorough & gets the job done. We haven't had any issues with pest since he's been assigned to us. He deserves a raise!"

"The Techs are AWESOME. The call center not so much. The Techs take ownership of the issues and work to correct the issues. The call center however schedules appointments where no one arrives or people arrive with no scheduled appointment.I am overall satisfied with the Services provided in the treatment of pests."

"Terrible response in having a follow-up visit completed. It took them 3 weeks. During these 3 weeks, my contact lasped for a free follow-up and application. The original problem was never resolved after 4 follow-up visits. They wanted another $1000.00 dollars to complete another application! I would never recommend this company to anyone! I filed a grievance with their corporate offices in Nashville. Still no response $1600.00 later and I am at square 1."
