"I’m referring to overhead gate because I’ve got a swing gate. Same Franchise. They came from Dallas to replace two motors made for swing gates. They handed me two remotes that I couldn’t Google to see how to use. They pointed the left side open one entrance the right side open the other that was it and left. I tried to give them a check they said they would bill me well I never got a phone call or anything in any instruction on how to use them other than open and close I guess fast forward a week I’m backing out to go to work the gate. I pressed the open button which opens and hold for a minute and you pass a motion sensor and then it closes after an amount of time and it hit the back it closed on me and hit the back of my jeep and I now need a new bumper and new left light what cost more than the remaining balance to repair it and I had to pay to have it repaired by the local company and I still don’t know how to use the panel, I know how to open and close the gates so I’m just practicing by walking in and out and seeing how long they stay open and that’s all I know so I’ve called another company to come. I’ll pay them to show me how to use it this company put a lien against my house for the Balance. The motors I would pay for at this point, but nothing else until I am taught how to use them using properly I’m putting a business there approved by the city just so I can’t have cars or gas or anybody coming to the house and the gate hitting their car, and The excuse I got was it was driver error and if there’s a motion sensor there how is their driver error? That’s where I am so if you use this company they have quality equipment. Make sure you were there so they can teach you how to work the remote and a gate that could actually hurt someoneor why I have sensors right"

"Promptly responded, on time, courteous and knowledgeable. My one complaint is that when scheduling the appointment I asked for an estimate of cost to repair 1 spring on the garage door. I was told an estimate was not possible. Upon arrival I was informed that replacing the 1 part was not an option, that I would be required to purchase a package that far exceed the usual cost of the repair needed. If I was informed of this upfront, I would have chose a different company and not wasted the technician or my time."

"Today OGD visited my home a second time because my first repair experience was so expertly handled. Technician Roderick arrived in the early part of the 8-10AM appointment span, which I liked very much. He diagnosed the problem, which would have further damaged the door if not corrected, & in a short time he replaced a broken piece for a reasonable cost. I’m leaving a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review again.
