He will pit you off via phone or outwardly lie about the car."

"My experience was absolutely awful! They had my car for a week, never called to tell me anything, I always had to call them. I was never given a definitive answer as to what was wrong. I explained to Pete, that the car would start shaking in the front sometimes when I accelerated. He told me that I wouldn't hear something that day from them, NO CALL! That was a Thursday when I dropped it off. Monday I called & explained my frustration about not receiving a call Thursday, which is what I was told. So, now he tells me that I needed a tune up. I explained that it just had a tune up the week before. Pete says, we'll check it out again. It's Wednesday now & I'm really disappointed! I called Wednesday, now he tells me that my motor is gone! I told him that I'll pick it up tomorrow. I get there & my car is parked in the back behind a fence. He didn't even have the decency to bring the car around, PETE ASKED ME IF I SAW MY KEYS ON THE COUNTER, I SAID YES, DO I NEED TO GO GET MY CAR? UNSURPRISINGLY, HE SAID YES! MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL! THIS IS MY STORY."

"Brought my Honda Pilot to them because my a/c wasn't working properly. They failed to fix the issue. They intentionally caused damage to my vehicle and blamed it on me. They also stripped my tensioner belt bolt and lost a bolt that held my alternator wiring harness in place. 0/10, would not recommend unless you want your car in worse condition than you brought it to them."
