"Had to order from parking lot. Not allowed in building. Was told it was originally a covid policy but they liked it so much they are not allowing customers back in building. Brought a sample of the product I needed. Sales person said she didn’t need to see the sample and assured me she knew what I needed. Only one warehouse worker, after waiting 15minutes in the parking lot he brought out a case of the wrong product. Called inside to let the confident sale person know that the product was wrong. She said she would have to compare my sample to everything they had in the warehouse. I asked for a refund. Ordered product from Amazon for $7 savings. Terrible customer service."
