"It's hit or miss with this store in regards to looking for assistance. I had to get the cashier's help to find what I was looking for. I was in this store yesterday, 3-1-24. Bought a few items, no greetings upon entering the store, no thank you after purchasing my items. The manager of this store (if there is one) should take every employee a couple doors down to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, equipped with a notepad and something to write with. Ask for help, buy a little something, leave. Take notes of all the employee exchanges start to finish, read them each day before going to work, learn how to treat customers and what "Customer Service" means."
