"Today, I went into the store to drop off a box like i normally do. I usually hv excellent customer. But today was not so pleasant. The young girl with the baseball cap on, dirty sneakers, and ripped jeans, was so rude. Last week when I was in the store she was on her phone. This week she was on the computer and did not ask me if I needed help. I had to ask her to check for the email. She told me I needed to resend the email which only takes a few seconds. She left and began to work on another job like I wasn’t standing there. I asked her who was her manager? She said, “I am the manager”. Then another guy with the very BIG head came over with an attitude. He asked me what was going on but his demeanor, tone and energy didn’t sit right with me. His tone was drawing attention towards me from other customers. Thank God for growth…I could have made a huge scene but I took the higher road. I ask him what was his name and he refused to tell me his name. When I asked him for THE store manager name he happily replied to give me her name. I have notice his cocky ways before. But, today was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not be going back to this store EVER! I might catch a charge the next time. This time I was prayed up. Thank GOD!"
