Azalea Cleaners

"I usually don't leave unsatisfactory reviews. However, being new to the area and believing that since this dry cleaners has 3 locations, I'd receive great service, as advertised, was not the case. I'm giving the Bert Kouns location 2 stars because I brought in quite a few (10) military items needing to be dry cleaned and chevrons sewn on, but received a shoddy product. The blues shirts' chevrons were sewn on crooked (it was visually apparent that the already established crease did not align with the newly sewn on chevrons) and the shirt material underneath was bunched up leaving visual wrinkles. Further, I asked for light starch on all my items and my ABUs looked like they were never touched. Especially if my uniforms were thrown in a bin with other clothing items that required medium starch...shouldn't creases exist? The chevrons should have been creased with all my uniforms, yet looking at all my shirts, it looked like the shirts were slightly touched while the chevrons were definitely sewn on "after". After paying nearly $100 (after the 25% discount) for such service, I wound up going somewhere else to have it all fixed. I rather pay again (somewhere else) to have it done right the second time vs. returning to Azalea's for more of the same that should have been done right the first time."
