"Let me start off by saying this…..I have never been happier to pay a plumbing company! And I honestly mean that too! Within a two week period I have called for three different services with Evans Brothers Plumbing and Heating. One call was for condominiums that I am an HOA president. We had a main water line burst from the ice storm and no water for eight units. After seeing the quick response we used Evans Brothers for two separate calls for a personal home. The whole staff at Evans Brothers Plumbing and Heating were amazing, to say the least. First of all Rebecca, the lady that receives the calls, responds and coordinates like a boss! After waiting a week for several other local “plumbing companies” to respond or even communicate all it took was one phone call to Evans! Reggie Evans responded THAT DAY, assessed the situation, Parker and several others fixed the main water break and we had running water in one day. For our home, John came out to unstop a toilet that a maid service had flushed an enormous amount of cleaning wipes. And the third call Mike came out and saved us from when a new washing machine started overflowing when it drained. Evans Brothers Plumbing and Heating and staff are very prompt! Very astute to ALL plumbing issues! Communicates astoundingly! Extraordinarily honest! Extremely reasonable compared to others that have been used in the past! Just good GOOD people all around! I will never call another plumbing company and will ALWAYS refer Evans Brothers Plumbing and Heating!"

The guys returned as soon as they were able, just as promised. We WILL be using Evans Brothers for ALL our future plumbing needs."

"Please understand my rating system. Everybody gets 3 stars for meeting expectations. They go up or down from there. I called for multiple estimates (4) for varying projects, none of which were urgent, but a couple of things needed attention before winter. Reggie responded the same day, a Friday, and said he would provide estimates on Monday, for which he provided 3 of the 4 requested. I accepted two of the estimates right away, though one was considerably higher, yet the other considerably lower than those provided by another company. The estimates were for insulating water supply lines if needed and reconnecting gas to 5 existing "stub outs" of which one was known to be dormant. As it turned out, my water lines were properly insulated and required no repairs, and I was not charged. 3 of the 5 gas "stub outs" were in fact active. One of the other two is all that was repaired. I was charged the full estimate price, yet still have a dormant "stub out." They did repair the most important one. The one that was not repaired was the second most important, though not entirely necessary. The plumbers that were dispatched arrived on time and were very professional. They did ask to leave the remaining "stub out" inactive. I assumed I would get a better price than the estimate because only 1 of the 2 was repaired and the estimate was for 5 total. This was not the case. 3 of these, again, required no action. The price was exorbitant to replace one gas line. I was quoted a price to replace lines for all 5. Expectations were not met for repairing all the requested "stub outs." Expectations were exceeded for punctuality and professionalism. I feel like they could have better communicated to me on site that they were charging the full estimated price regardless of the last "stub out" being left inactive. I do recommend this business for plumbing repairs and will consider them in the future. It is unfortunate that the details were not communicated well. Edit. The plumber returned and connected the last stub out. There was no charge. I spoke to Reggie and we agreed this would be fair enough."
