I called for an appointment and the lady told me the estimate was $100 less than I would have paid for with the other company. They offered to come get the car for me while at work, but due to confusion of the employee parking lot, I rescheduled two days later and was probably one of the firsts to enter. There's an energetic lady at the front desk. I gave her my keys and had the waiting room to myself where I enjoyed the remote control at my convenience. Just a little con about the waiting room; it was freezing in there. There was a little vent I tried sitting in front of to keep warm, but that barely worked. The TV is also so 1990s, an ittty-bitty TV up in the top corner of the room. I was told the car would be ready in two hours, though they finished 30 minutes early. It's been about a week and some days and the window is fine. It cost exactly what the lady told me it would be."
