"Two technicians arrived as promised and commenced work by first covering our floors with painter's drop-clothes. They removed our old system and installed and a new 4 ton central air conditioner. As the job was concluded, Mr. Moore inspected the work and explained the new wi-fi thermostat, while the techs cleaned up. We could not be more pleased with the system installed or the professionalism of the technicians."

"They showed up in time, did a diagnostic and maintenance work and explained what needs to be done in details. Updated Review: The above review was my 1st impression about the service received but I felt I had to update it according to my experience. 1) They replaced my 4 inches filter for like $60 (Sold online as a pack of 4 for $60-$80). Yes, I know the maintenance contract says they only replace the regular 2 inches filter for free and anything else above that comes with a charge but they replaced it any way and charged my extra $60 that I received invoice for after the visit without discussing this with me during the visit (I already had replacement by the way). 2) The zone controller needed to be replaced according to their assessment. Again this time I was notified I am expected to be charged $465 for that part including shipping (excluding labour). I thought that was normal until I searched that part myself and it turns out it is sold on Amazon by the original retailed for $150 including shipping. Yes, I understand the middle man theory but charging 200% more than the market base is not reasonable for me to accept. I expected higher level of transparency but unfortunately that wasn't my experience."

"Keagan did an outstanding job working on my A/C unit. It went out in the middle of the night thanks to the winter storm. He was able to come fix it the same day to restore heat to my family. Truly grateful."
