My main complaint is that the rental wasn't clean on the exterior or the inside. I was very disappointed because while on hold, the recording kept saying how great the cleaning of the vehicles were. I don't blame Delayna because she wasn't there when I picked up the vehicle."

"This Enterprise site NEVER answers their telephones. I have had to extend my rental a couple of times and I CANNOT get these guys to answer the phone. IT TAKES 5 MINUTES TO EXTEND A RENTAL! I had to go out in the rain because they don’t care! I called the office while sitting and waiting for the ONE associate who was continuously helping customers. I wish I had his first name, I would put it here. He should be the MANAGER. A young lady stood and had a delightful personal conversation with someone who had completed the process of returning his automobile and another associate stood listening to them holding a clipboard. They both stood there behind the desk shooting the breeze while I let the phone ring and ring and ring. It was so frustrating for me I could just SCREAM. As this fine young man was finally able to attend to my needs I asked him why had no one from 9 am to 2 pm answered the phone. He said they just had not been able to get to it. So, as the phone continued to ring I asked why was no one answering now. He had no answer because he is a professional and would not speak negatively about his co-workers. Corporate finally took my call but they could not help me because my rental involved an associated insurance claim. I LOVE the jeep I rented. I DESPISE the service!"
