"I would not recommend this place to anyone. The are horrible about scheduling appointments. They will have you set up the appointments but when you arrive they won't have you on the schedule. Multiple times. I also found another patient having the same issue and was looking for somewhere else. They also tried to double charge me until the front desk realized it was their mistake. On top of that if you are late no matter how late they cancel the appointment and charge you as a no show. Its suppose to be $75 for no show. They charged me and my insurance for the full appointment anyway. Insurance fraud? For a place that's suppose to help you they sure don't seem to care about their patients they seem more about getting you're money. They front desk are incompetent about handling their own job. Place has potential. Molly was great."

"I love my doctor here. She stays on top of my well being and is always available. I feel extremely comfortable talking with her and always come away feeling stronger aswell as motivated. The staff are alwaya nice and thorough. If you take your mental health seriously this is a great place to begin your road to recovery."

"I've been calling their office since this past Thursday to reschedule an appointment. Their phones are giving a busy signal and sometimes it will ring once or twice then go to a busy signal. I posted about it on Facebook and a couple people replied and even tried to call for me but the their phones were busy for them as well. This is crazy and a bit ridiculous bc I know once im finally able to speak with someone at the office they are gonna make our rescheduled appointments way off from now and that will put my 11 year old daughter having to go to school without any of her meds. They dont even have their own website to contact through that way. Im so frustrated and worried! ugh!!!!!"

"I've been seeing the same Dr. For a few years now. They do and have gone thru some staff. The Help I get is 1 on 1 with the Dr but a good staff does make a difference if you wanna come back. They have a pretty good staff as of now. They just had to keep going thru people until they developed a staff who wants to help. No they don't ever answer their phones. When I'm there the phone​ will ring at a person's desk and it's as if the phone isn't there. But that being said ,they always call me back that day."

"This place has the potential to help SO many people, completely change their life. Unfortunately the staff seems to run the place and you have no say in most situations. You constantly feel like you're being pushed out. If the changed most of the staff, with the services offered here - this would help countless people contribute to society, help with mental health, etc. You can't even develop trust."
