"Went to quick lane for an oil change and to see what can be done about my missing spare tire. Truly disgusted by the manager,Scott and the front desk person , CALIEB . Cause a very hostile situation, refused to let me talk. Lied in the notes on the paper work. Accused me of cursing out technician and leaving with out paying, I have a witness and that is completely false . The manager Scott approached me as if he was going to do something to me, accusing me of cursing the technician out which is a blatant lie. Said they searched for my spare, in which that is complete false. they was trying to tell me that my car does not come with a spare tire, showing me pictures . I’ve been a customer for over a year and for the manager Scott, and caleib to treat me that way , and falsify documents is ridiculous and something needs to be done about that."
