"They’re all about making a SALE at this point like a car dealer ship. There wasn’t no line when my daughter and I went in the store. One of the reps (The Asian, Chinese or Etc one) asked if somebody was helping us when she seen us looking at the charms. She literally pointed and shouted at us to get in the line and wait for help. Never before you had to wait for help to just to enter a store! I didn’t want to make a scene in front of my daughter since we were celebrating her birthday. She wanted to get her Pandora bracelet cleaned and possibly get a new charm. I called serval times after I left to address it and no one answered of course because, they’re too busy trying to make a sale."
