"Products are great but BEWARE of high shipping costs! When i place an order I am shown a reasonable shipping estimate. But when i look on the final invoice, the charges are 2-3 times higher than what was estimated. Products are always packaged in boxes 2-3 times larger than they need to be. STULLER shipping department NEEDS to do better. If you’re going to charge me $41 for shipping, you shouldn’t show me an estimate of $16 when I place my order. What I purchased is no longer profitable for my small business. Update: Stuller reached out to me to rectify the situation. They gave me a refund for the excess shipping charges. Said that they have spoken with the shipping department. hopefully the shipping department won’t do this in the future. Because of this GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star."

"The unloaders of this factory are very good. Work very fast. I had come here after making the delivery. Freed me in 15 minutes. There is also night parking here, its entrance is from the front in case any truck driver comes."

"I have used Stuller for over 40 years And they've always been excellent. HOWEVER..... In the last year and a 1/2 their service has been very poor and it's not because there's a labor shortage. There is an attention to detail shortage and quality sevice shortage. I am slowly moving away from them and finding other vendors . They are continually making mistake after mistake , I'm done.
