"I went to catos looking for a black dress. But first i needed to use the restroom. I asked the lady, Vanessa for the bathroom. She was very very rude to my mother and I. She didn’t acknowledge us at all and continued on the phone call with customer service. The whole interaction was very unprofessional. We will not be returning and I hope she finds something better.
