"I called Mr. Fix It All when I needed some repairs done to my home prior to listing it on the market to sell. When Grant came to my home for the repairs, he was efficient, professional, and courteous. He easily could have taken advantage of my ignorance about home repairs to charge me for unnecessary work, but there were a number of times where he even recommended against having a repair done. Ironically, one of the repairs that I requested was for Grant to fix a problem that an appliance specialist had previously made with my dryer, which Grant fixed easily. I ended up calling Mr. Fix It All again a few weeks later because another maintenance man had caused problems with some of my plumbing, which created a stressful situation for my real estate agent and me (we needed those mistakes quickly repaired to meet a deadline for inspection). I had called a plumbing company prior to Mr. Fix It All, but they were booked. Fortunately, Mr. Fix It All showed up and quickly fixed both problems, and I was able to pass inspection and sell my home. That was a huge relief, both for me and my real estate agent. I was surprised at how experienced Grant was in a variety of home repairs—he worked on my plumbing, electrical work, caulking, and appliances. His explanations were always helpful. And all his repairs passed my home’s inspection without issue. My experiences with Mr. Fix It All were nothing like what the negative reviews say. I did have bad experiences with other repairmen, but not with Mr. Fix It All. Again, Grant fixed the mistakes that other repairmen had made on my home, even when I was in a time crunch. I only wish I had called Grant in the first place instead of using those other businesses. It would have spared me time, money, and stress."

"Contacted me on Saturday 1-7-23 (after I sent in a job request before the new year) telling me had availability Thursday or Friday. On Sunday 1-8-23, I said that works. I contacted him Friday 1-13-23 saying I had not heard from him. He made an excuse saying he booked up the week even though it seemed clear to me we had made an appointment for either Thurs or Fri per his message but so be it. He said he’d keep me posted the next week. I said fine "keep me in the loop." I contacted him 1-16-23 Monday that next week to follow up. No response. Tuesday, no response. Wednesday, another excuse. After this review was posted he found time to send me more messages to argue about it than he ever sent trying to take care of my business or schedule me. I found another company that responded same day with prompt, fast, good service. Job is completed by that company today 1-19-23 in less time than it took just going back and forth with this one. Buyer beware."

"I recently bought a house that had a ventless fireplace. The gas line that was originally installed did not have a standard connection, and therefore was not compatible with the gas burner/log set that I purchased. I had previously gotten a quote from a plumber to install the correct connection but it was well beyond my budget. I called Mr. Fix-It-All who came out and assessed the job. He not only was able to install the proper connection, he did so without having to replace the gas line in the wall, which saved me hundreds of dollars. He also installed my gas logs for much less than what the fireplace company was going to charge me. All in all I saved several hundred dollars on this job thanks to Mr. Fix-It-All. I highly recommend him!"
