"*** BEWARE RIP OFF*** Bert says he'll call and doesn't. He says he'll come by, but never shows up. He took my money, and the fridge is still not working. Refuses to investigate further or resolve issues. Get someone reliable and don't get ripped off."

"I had called Mr Bert to look at my dryer that was not heating. He came out and found out it was not my dryer but the plug and electrical box in the apartment I just moved into was not wired correctly. He was so kind as to speak to the office and inform them of the problem that needs fixed. He was very kind and friendly and extra helpful even gave his opinion on the AC that was not working right. Will Call him for my needs and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr Bert."
