"I have been scared of the gym forever, and was terrified to start at this place. After...2ish weeks I felt so comfortable and at home at this place. It's kind of weird actually. I suck at working out, but really love it, and none of the coaches here EVER made me feel dumb for sucking. Not only the coaches, but the other people in the classes are helpful and SO encouraging. Also, the workouts are so diverse that its pretty fun to see what you're going to be doing from day to day. (or every other day in my case) Highly suggest checking it out if you're scared of gyms."

Krewe Fitness has provided me this plus more. The atmosphere is nonjudgmental, coaches are there to help you learn and get better. The others there working out are there to improve themselves and reach their own goals just like you. I would recommend this gym to anyone that wants a place where they can go and get an amazing workout in and not have to wait for the social crew to be done with a machine you want to use. They also have a user friendly app that you can sign up each day and preview the workout of the day. What a perfect way to start your fitness journey."

"Tried Krewe out when it was a brand new gym and I did not know any of the coaches or other members and it was one of the best decisions I have made. Now I don't like to miss a day there. Coaches are great, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are always there to give you any modifications needed, cheer you on, or tell you when they know you can go a little bit harder. The members are great, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you aren't making yourself go work out. The workouts and programming are hard and challenging (but also fun). I love all kinds of workouts, but this is my number 1. I have tried out a few gyms in the NOLA area over the years, and this is the community I never want to leave."
